- How long will my order take to arrive?
All our personalised gifts are made to order and usually take between 1-2 weeks to be completed and dispatched. Please allow up to three weeks for the total turn around time. For non personalised items please allow up to 3-5 working days (U.K delivery) and 10 days for international orders
- Can I change the size of the frame?
Frame sizes can be changed upon request. Please allow additional 3 – 5 working days for bespoke frame sizes to be delivered.
- Can I change an aspect of the design in a frame?
You are very welcome to change minimal aspects of the design to suit your preference, simply add a note to your order at the checkout cart page.
We love taking orders for custom designs and this is always welcome. Simply send us any ideas of the design you would like via email. Once it has been received we will get back to you with a quote and a design template. All custom frame orders start from £25
Yes, we do offer a gift wrapping service. Your order will be wrapped in luxury wrapping paper, sealed with ribbon along with a gift tag with your very own message at a small fee of £3. Simply add the gift wrap product option to your shopping cart. Your message can also be added on the cart page.

Noorah gifts does not currently accept any refunds on products.
- What if my order is damaged upon delivery?
We try our very best to ensure that all orders get to you in the best of forms, however if there is a breakage or damage to your order please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. We will either process a refund or send a new item out depending on your preference.
- Delivery to Outside of the UK
Noorah Gifts ships worldwide. We try to keep delivery costs as low as possible and International delivery starts at £10. The delivery costs go up depending on the weight of your total order. International delivery takes between 2-3 weeks to be delivered after dispatch.
